Antioch Court Records Name Search
Antioch cases route through the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa. Civil, small claims, probate, criminal, family, and traffic records do not all expose the same detail online. The court's civil page says unlimited and limited civil case documents and minutes are available through the Court Public Portal at no fee, while small claims documents and minutes are also online. Probate registers of actions are online, but probate documents require contact with Court Records.
Criminal records are more limited. The criminal records page says the public portal can be used for research, but minutes, case documents, and orders are not available online. Criminal copy requests are limited in person until further notice, and the court warns users not to expect same-day criminal copies. The noncriminal records order page adds another reason to be patient: the court is scanning 12 million pieces of paper, including paper, microfiche, and microfilm, for a paperless case-file project.
